The role of the state in economy
The role of the state in economy is different for politicians, corporations collaborating with state and for the small entrepreneurs.
The state has a legislative role in the country and its lawmaking for all paragraphs and economic strategies. Politicians are politicians, not economists with the most effective ideas for the country. Their incentive is a vote in elections. The development of the country depends on good economic decisions. The enemy of economic decisions is populism. As we have already seen in Venezuela and many others states, state’s economic regulations can be devastating.
Why it seems that the social policy of the state is so “unsocial”? And the populist economic strategy “for the people” is “against the people”?
You have made bad decisions very easy and very often when you don’t have material responsibility for it and any reputation. Regard to many cases of political failure of totally ineffective the redistribution of taxes; many citizens are skeptical towards their governments.
But we celebrate the new era of digital freedom and cryptotechnologies. The economy is now under the powerful influence of state and the central banks. The state’s role in the economy in this new era of technologies will be hard and during the time maybe useless. Especially senseless regulations supposed to choose another way, way of freedom. And small entrepreneur can focus on a creation of value and be developing the business, not play on “laws games” with the state.
